And the skirt wins

Some of you may remember my sequins.com post I did earlier this month.  I asked for your help in putting together my Christmas outfit. I was going to choose between my Forever 21 sequin skirt or my Loehmans sequin shirt.   After all of the responses I would then choose the item with the most votes.  Well guys we have a winner.  It's the skirt.

My apologies for not having a better pic with shoes included.  I was working with a house full of people with full bellies and taking pics was the last thing on anyones list of things to do.  I hope everyone enjoyed their Christmas.

Black, Brown and Leopard

Hey beautiful people!  New York had some beautiful weather today and I took full advantaged of it by hanging on the stoop.  I paired my black faux leather jacket with my brown leather boots and for a little personality I slipped on my thrifted leopard skirt.  To compliment this look I rocked the fro which I think may be growing. Yippeee.

Accessories Galore

Happy Tuesday Beautiful people!  A few weeks ago I laughed it up, had a few drinks and took in a tune or two with my gal pals at Shecky's Holiday Night Out.  For those of you who are unfamiliar Shecky's is a shopping event that feature vendors, giveaways and a swell goodie bag.  As I perused each table I couldn't help but notice that there were accessories galore.  I love me some accessories.  It is my belief that a girl can never have to many accessories in her possession.

I just love a statement necklace

Adding a cocktail ring to an outfit can definitely set it off

I loved this hat.  The added flower made of denim material gave this hat a little personality

Color, color, color and more color

Winterized

Happy Thursday beautiful people!  I think by know you've probably guessed that my favorite color is red.   There is something so electric about this bright hue that has me in a color love affair.  So today while searching my closet for an outfit it was certainly a no brainer on deciding if I should go for jeans or my thrifted red pleated skirt. I've rocked this skirt a few times in the summer and was super excited to winterize this piece. Tights, layering and a good old coat all helped in putting this winterized look together.

Green Monster

You guys might recognize this green monster colored blazer from my Thrifterholic post I did a while back.   Since then I've rocked this colored goodness about two times.  On the third go round I decided to pair it with my striped shirt and lace up boots.
