Stand Out

Stand out red lips are definitely one of the many things that I will be sporting this fall and winter. All variations from rusty reds to maroons, to gloss to mattes, I'm game for it all. Although this attention grabbing look is classified as more of a night time look wearing it in the day is not unheard of. Achieving a bold red lip for the daytime is quite simple. The key is to keep the eyes neutral. A bit of concealer, eyeliner, mascara and a neutral eyeshadow is all you'll need to play down those eyes. No need to break the bank when creating great makeup looks.  With cost friendly palettes like wet n wild's "vanity", you can tap into your inner makeup artist  and start beating your face away.  To create my soft bronzy every day look I started out with one of my favorite must haves, urban decay primer as a base for my eyes.  After I applied the base from lid to brow (a little goes a long way) I then applied the golds and browns from the palette.  For the finished look I added two coats of Maybelline's Stiletto Lash mascara to my lashes.
